How to SPIE Paper Submission
The authors accepted to IWAIT2021 and select SPIE Paper Submission are encouraged to submit their full papers to the IWAIT2021 Proceedings of SPIE because the papers will be published on SPIE Digital Library and made available even for non-participants of IWAIT2021.
The submission to SPIE consists of two steps.
First Step: Full paper submission by 1st, Dec.
The authors are requested to submit full length papers with 4 to 6 pages styled in the SPIE format by 1st December (Japan time). The submitted papers are inspected by Reviewers in Program Committee and used for award selection. If you can not submit your paper by 1st Dec, then we can not publish your paper in the IWAIT2021 Proceedings. Further 1st Dec is important day for Final 1 page abstract submission deadline on EasyChair and Early Registration deadline day.

2nd Step: Camera Ready Submission by 22nd, Jan.
After the workshop, the authors are requested to submit the final camera-ready papers considering the given comments and suggestions by Chair and Audience during the workshop. The final camera-ready paper due is
January 22 (Japan time).

22 January 2021 – Submission of full papers to SPIE deadline.
The Proceedings of SPIE are indexed in Ei Compendex, Web of Science, Scopus, Inspec, Google Scholar, Astrophysical Data System (ADS), CrossRef, and other scholarly indexes, and are widely accessible to leading research organizations, conference attendees, and individual researchers.
The Proceedings of this conference will be published in the SPIE Digital Library with over 470,000 papers from other outstanding conferences and SPIE Journals and books from SPIE Press.
