2023 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The final version of the Abstract has to be uploaded to the EasyChair on or before 15th November 2022 (Korean time). This is a firm deadline for the production of the Abstract Proceedings. Authors are reminded to make reference to the review comments and update the Abstract before submitting to the EasyChair. If there are any changes to the author list, they must be done now. You may refer to the Abstract Submission page on this website for more details.
Registration: You have to register on or before 15th November 2022. Please be reminded that each paper needs at least one full registration. You may refer to the Registration page on this website for more details.
SPIE paper submission (OPTIONAL)
Authors who have their papers accepted to IWAIT2023 are encouraged to submit the full papers for inclusion to the IWAIT2023 Proceedings published by SPIE. A full paper should have 4 to 6 pages styled in the SPIE format and should be submitted to the EasyChair by 15th November 2022 (Korean time). You may refer to the Full Paper Submission Instructions page on this website for more details.
Authors who are interested in submitting a paper to IWAIT 2023 will first need to submit a one-page Abstract (IEEE Format). The Abstract should be in PDF format and submitted electronically by
20th August 2022 11th September 2022 to the EasyChair. The structure of the Abstract should be as follows:
- Abstract and keywords
- Proposed Method(s)
- Findings / Discussion
- Conclusion and recommendations

2023 FULL PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors who have their papers accepted to IWAIT2023 are encouraged to submit the full papers for inclusion to the IWAIT2023 Proceedings published by SPIE. The submission of full papers is not mandatory but strongly encouraged, because the papers will be published in the SPIE Digital Library and made available even for non-participants of IWAIT2023.
The submission of the full length papers consists of two steps.
First, the authors are requested to submit the full-length papers with 4 to 6 pages styled in the SPIE format to the EasyChair by 15th November 2022. The submitted papers will be inspected by the Program Committee and used for award selection.
Then, after the workshop, the authors are requested to submit the final camera-ready papers considering the given comments and suggestions during the workshop. The final camera-ready paper is due on 22nd January 2023.
