How to Submit Paper to SPIE
Authors who have their abstracts accepted by IWAIT 2022 are encouraged to submit the full papers for inclusion in the IWAIT 2022 Proceedings published by SPIE. The submission of full papers is not mandatory but strongly encouraged, because the papers will be published in the SPIE Digital Library and made available even for non-participants of IWAIT 2022.
The submission of the full-length papers to SPIE consists of two steps.
First Step: Full paper submission by 15th November 2021
The authors are requested to submit the full-length papers with 4 to 6 pages styled in the SPIE format to the EasyChair by 15th November 2021. The submitted papers will be inspected by the Program Committee and used for award selection. Late submissions may not be allowed to include in the IWAIT 2022 Proceedings.
2nd Step: Camera Ready Submission by 22nd January 2022
After the workshop, the authors are requested to submit the final camera-ready papers considering the comments and suggestions given by the session chair and audience during the workshop. The final camera-ready paper is due on 22nd January 2022 (Japan time).
