Important Notice: Update on Entry Permits & Presentation Format
Due to unforeseen delays in the administrative processing of entry permits, we regret to inform you that the application procedure cannot be completed in time for the conference. Consequently, we are unable to facilitate in-person attendance for attendees from Mainland China.
To ensure your research is still presented, we have arranged the following alternative presentation formats:
Oral Session
Requirement: Please record a video of your presentation.
Duration: 10 minutes.
Playback: The Secretariat will play your pre-recorded video during your scheduled session time.
Poster Session
Requirement: Please provide a PDF file of your poster.
Size: A0 (841 mm ร 1189 mm).
Orientation: Portrait (Vertical).
Printing: The Secretariat will print your poster and display it at the venue on your behalf.
Submission Instructions:
Detailed submission instructions and deadlines will be sent to you via email. Please reply to the email directly with your file attached.
Note: If your video file is too large to attach, please upload it to a cloud storage service (e.g., Google Drive) and reply with the download link.

In accordance with current Taiwanese entry regulations, all attendees holding passports (or relevant travel documents) from Mainland China are required to obtain an “Entry Permit to Taiwan” for in-person attendance. This application must be processed with the assistance of the conference organizers.

You must prepare and submit the following required documents to the conference secretariat before November 14th, 2025.
Please note: As the review process takes considerable time, we cannot guarantee the timely processing of applications submitted after the deadline or with incomplete information. Should the entry permit application ultimately be unsuccessful, your participation will be automatically converted to Online Presentation.
