Prospective authors are invited to submit an extended abstract(1 page in IEEE style) on their original paper.
The camera-ready accepted paper is to be submitted electronically in the SPIE format(4 ~ 6 pages including figures and tables in English) according to the guidelines available at the workshop website at http://iwait.online.

The notification of acceptance will be announced by September 30. The authors of accepted submission can revise/update their abstracts by
November 15. The abstracts will be distributed to the participants of IWAIT2027.
Acceptance Notification and Final Submissions
Acceptance notifications will be announced by September 30, 2026. Accepted papers involve two separate submissions, each made in a different system:

1. Revised One-Page Abstract (required)
Authors of accepted papers should revise their one-page abstract to address the review comments and upload the revised version to EasyChair by November 15, 2026. The revised abstracts will be distributed to workshop participants. The revised abstract must be a single page in IEEE style; Student Award applicants should remove the supervisor’s recommendation letter (page 2) and upload the one-page abstract only. Do not send revised abstracts by email or through the SPIE system.
2. SPIE Full Paper (optional)
Submitting a full paper is optional. Accepted full papers will be published in the SPIE Digital Library and will be available to non-participants as well. The full paper must be submitted separately through the SPIE submission portal by November 15, 2026, in SPIE format (4-6 pages including figures, tables, and references, in English), after addressing the review comments.

Note: The SPIE full paper is not submitted through EasyChair, and the revised one-page abstract is not submitted through the SPIE portal. Submitting one does not replace the other.

- Page 2: A Recommendation Letter from your supervisor.
- Note: Submissions without a supervisor’s recommendation letter will not be considered in the selection process.
