Presentation Guideline

Please review the detailed guidelines below for both Oral and Poster presentations to ensure a smooth session.

Oral Presentation Guideline (Applicable for IWAIT2027)

These presentation guidelines apply to speakers in both IWAIT2027 tracks.
Time Allocation

10 mins presentation + 2 mins Q&A.
Please adhere strictly to time.

File Format

Microsoft Powerpoint (.pptx) or PDF.
16:9 Widescreen format is recommanded.
Please embed all fonts.

On-site Instructions:

 

  • Equipment: A laptop and projector will be provided by the conference. Presenters are NOT allowed to use their own device to avoid setup delays.
  • File Upload: Please save your presentation file on a USB flash drive.
  • Check-in: Arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
  • Assistance: Session staff will assist you in copying your file to the conference device before the session begins. Please test your slides briefly to ensure
    everything displays correctly.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

Select your conference track to view specific dimensions and mounting instructions.

Poster Specifications

Size: A0 (841 mm width × 1189 mm height).
Orientation: Portrait (Vertical) only.
Template: You are free to design your own poster or use the official conference template.

  • Flash Presentation: Each presenter is required to deliver a 1-minute oral report (Flash Pitch) during the session.
  • Format: Focus on the key contribution and novelty of your work.
  • Q&A: Followed by free discussion.
